Planning & Zoning

The Zoning Administration Department administers land use and zoning regulations for the majority of unincorporated areas in the township areas of Sherburne County to ensure that new growth and development is compatible with existing development patterns, while protecting the natural environment and the quality of life in the community.

As of 6/20/2022 Sherburne County Planning & Zoning Department is no longer the Zoning Authority for Baldwin Township.  If you are a Baldwin Township resident, please reach out to Baldwin Township for any Zoning, Building, Septic, and Shoreland questions.
