Andrew has called Sherburne County home for the past 23 years with his wife and two daughters, where for the last 10 years they have owned a small business.
Prior to being elected to the board, Andrew also served in a number of executive positions with various organizations such as Honeywell Intl, including Vice President of Business Development of Space Missiles and Munitions, General Manager of Aftermarket Jet Engine Systems, Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Water Solutions, Vice President of Six Sigma, and Director of Marketing for Zoning Control Systems.
Previously, Andrew served for nearly a decade as a naval flight officer in both operational and instructional roles, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander and completing three deployments.
Hulse earned a bachelor's degree in robotic engineering from Purdue University and a master's degree in engineering systems management from St. Mary's University in Texas.
