Here is some other helpful information:

ONSITE VISITS:

  • Children not allowed to visit may not be left unattended in the lobby.
  • Photo ID will be required for all visitors 14 years of age or older. Acceptable forms of ID will be, but not limited to, Driver's License, State ID cards, School ID, and Military ID. Other forms of photo ID may be accepted if valid.
  • There will be no age restriction for visitation. However, all visitors 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Proof of this will be required before visitation is allowed. (Proof needed will be a Birth Certificate for parents or court papers for legal guardians).

REMOTE VISITS:

  • The registered user must be present, on camera, during all visits scheduled under their account.
  • Driving during a remote visit is not allowed. If you are driving your visit will be terminated.
  • All visitors, including children, must be fully clothed at all times. Wearing just undergarments, to include lingerie, will not be considered fully clothed.
  • Nudity, partial nudity, sexual acts, simulated sexual acts, suggestive or lewd behavior, on or off camera, is prohibited.
  • Additional device(s) may not be used to enable another person(s) to participate in your scheduled visit.
