1. How often can I visit inmates?

Each inmate is allowed one thirty-minute video visit onsite per day. Inmates can also have up to five twenty-minute remote video visits each day.

2. Do I need to come at a certain time to see my inmate?

Friends and family can schedule visits with inmates during any time visitation is allowed. Public visitation hours for on-site video visits are as follows: Monday - Friday 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm and 3:30pm. Saturday, Sunday and Government Holidays at 10:30am. Remote video visits can be scheduled daily between the hours of 8:30am and 8:30pm.

3. Do I need to schedule my visit or can I just show up?

Visits need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can schedule by creating an account on www.NCIC.com. 

4. Is there a charge for video visitation?

Each inmate can receive one free on-site video visit each day. Inmates can also receive five remote video visits each day. Remote visits cost $.27 per minute and can be scheduled by going to www.ncic.com and creating a visitor account.

5. What do I need to do to visit from home?

You can conduct visits using an Apple or Android phone or tablet, or a computer/laptop with a webcam. You will need to create an account at www.ncic.com to schedule a visit. 

6. Is there anything else I should know?

Here is some other helpful information:

ONSITE VISITS:

• Children not allowed to visit may not be left unattended in the lobby.
• Photo ID will be required for all visitors 14 years of age or older. Acceptable forms of ID will be, but not limited to, Driver's License, State ID cards, School ID, and Military ID. Other forms of photo ID may be accepted if valid.
• There will be no age restriction for visitation. However, all visitors 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Proof of this will be required before visitation is allowed. (Proof needed will be a Birth Certificate for parents or court papers for legal guardians).

REMOTE VISITS:

• The registered user must be present, on camera, during all visits scheduled under their account.
• Driving during a remote visit is not allowed. If you are driving your visit will be terminated.
• All visitors, including children, must be fully clothed at all times. Wearing just undergarments, to include lingerie, will not be considered fully clothed.
• Nudity, partial nudity, sexual acts, simulated sexual acts, suggestive or lewd behavior, on or off camera, is prohibited.
• Additional device(s) may not be used to enable another person(s) to participate in your scheduled visit.
