If your driver's license has been suspended due to an unpaid ticket, you will need to resolve the outstanding ticket prior to reinstatement of your license. Contact the Court Administrator in the county you received the ticket to make the necessary arrangements for payment or a court appearance. You will also need to contact the Department of Public Safety for reinstatement of your driving privileges. Minnesota driving privileges are valid only when indicated by the Department of Public Safety records.

Payable tickets may be paid in person at the Sherburne County Court Administration or by mail. If paying your fine by mail, send a check or money order. Do not send cash. Remittance should be made payable to Sherburne County Court Administration. Include your file number or citation number with payment. Payments may also be made online.
