Absentee voting for Presidential Primary

You can vote now via absentee ballot for the Presidential Nomination Primary that will be held March 3. Sherburne County residents can vote during normal business hours at the Government Center.

Additional hours will by Saturday, Feb. 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Monday, March 2 from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Absentee Voting can also be done via mail by contacting the Auditor/Treasurer’s Office at (763) 765-4351 or

The City of Elk River also will be an absentee voting location for the Presidential Nomination Primary.  City of Elk River residents can apply for and vote an absentee ballot during business hours.  Elk River City Hall is at 13065 Orono Parkway.  The phone number is (763) 635-1000.  Business hours are Monday through Friday 8-4:30 p.m.
