Immunizations

When we think "immunizations" most of us think "childhood", but actually, the need for immunizations continues throughout your life. You may be missing some key immunizations to keep you healthy.

Immunization Clinics

Sherburne County Public Health offers immunizations for adults and children. A donation of $5 for each vaccination is suggested, but persons who qualify for the vaccine will not be turned away if they are unable to pay this donation.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Adults and children who do not have any health insurance
  • Adults and children who have health insurance that does not cover the cost of the vaccines

Note: adults and children who are on Minnesota Medical Assistance (MA), MinnesotaCare, or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP) should be vaccinated by their primary medical provider.
