Fairview Lakes – North Branch Clinic

Provides accessible, affordable reproductive and sexual health services in four East Central MN locations.  Offers nearly all forms of contraception, STD testing/treatment, pregnancy testing, and limited primary care including women’s annual exams, breast exams, pelvic exams, and pap smears.  Services based on sliding-scale fee; fee structure is based on income and ability to pay.  Accepts walk-ins and all services are completely confidential.  Minors can consent to services without parental consent.

Wright County Family Planning

Provides access to family planning services to uninsured and underinsured. Medical exams and testing for STIs are performed at contacted clinics within Wright County.  Fill out enrollment form on website.  Will be contacted by a Public Health Nurse.  All services offered by Wright County Family Planning are free of charge.   Minors are able to give consent without a parent and are eligible to enroll.  Citizenship is not a requirement to receive care.  Proudly serves LGBTQ+ and/or gender nonbinary.
