Fairview Lakes – North Branch Clinic
Provides accessible, affordable reproductive and sexual health services in four East Central MN locations. Offers nearly all forms of contraception, STD testing/treatment, pregnancy testing, and limited primary care including women’s annual exams, breast exams, pelvic exams, and pap smears. Services based on sliding-scale fee; fee structure is based on income and ability to pay. Accepts walk-ins and all services are completely confidential. Minors can consent to services without parental consent.

Fill out enrollment form on website. Will be contacted by a Public Health Nurse. All services offered by Wright County Family Planning are free of charge. Minors are able to give consent without a parent and are eligible to enroll. Citizenship is not a requirement to receive care. Proudly serves LGBTQ+ and/or gender nonbinary.
