The Sherburne County Jail charges $35 per day for Pay for Stay. Medical service incurred by offender convicted of a crime will be charged back those fees.
Individuals sentenced to the Adult Work Crew shall pay a fee.

Correctional Emergency Response Team (CERT)
Trained in special weapons and tactics to handle minor and major disturbances.
The Sherburne County Jail contracts with MEnD medical to meet the inmate medical needs.
The jail has a K-9 Officer and narcotics detection dog.
The Classification Team consists of one Sergeant and four Corrections Officers used to classify the inmate population and to identify threat groups inside the jail.
The Training Department consists of 1 training Sergeant and 12 FTOs.
