Decision Points is a cognitive-behavioral intervention program that connects thoughts to actions, identifies others point of view in situations, assists in identifying actions to take that lead away from trouble and identifies motivating thoughts to support those actions to assist participants to stop the trouble cycle.
Parents are encouraged to attend a meeting between 5:40 and 6 p.m. on the first session date. The purpose of this meeting is to go over class expectations and answer questions.
The Sherburne County Decision Points Program will teach participants to decrease problems by reducing risk thoughts during times of temptation or stress.
Program Cost & Registration
There will be a program fee of $125 due prior to attending the class.
