Adult Drug & Alcohol Testing Program

If you have been placed on drug and alcohol testing you are required to call the color code hotline number 763-765-4552  after 6 a.m. Monday through Friday. If your assigned color is called, you must appear for a test the same day between the hours of 12 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Testing information is subject to change, so please listen to the entire message prior to ending your phone call. You must provide photo identification prior to submitting to each test. Failure to report for a scheduled test and provide an accurate test may result in a violation or warrant. If you have any questions, please contact your probation officer.

In case of severe weather, please check the color code phone number at 763-765-4552. If the collection is cancelled it will be indicated on the phone message.

If you are required to provide a urinalysis test and a breath test, you will be charged $20. See below for payment options. Additional fees may be assessed if you provide a non-negative sample.

Payment Options between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.:

  • Credit / Debit Card Payments
  • Check / Money Order: Made payable to Sherburne County Community Corrections
  • Cash Payments: You must obtain a cash pay slip from Community Corrections and bring it to Sherburne County Auditor/Treasurer's office along with your cash payment to obtain a receipt which you will then provide to the testing technicians. Please note: Paying by check, money order or credit/debit card will eliminate these extra steps and you having to go through security twice.

The only acceptable payment options after 4 p.m. are credit/debit card, check or money order.
