On July 18, 2023, the County Board approved an updated Strategic Plan 2023-2028. The Economic Development Authority engaged in a 6-month strategic planning process that included Commissioner engagement from which this plan was built. The strategic plan is intended to serve as the framework for the Sherburne County Economic Development Authority for the next 5 years.
