Absentee Voting Available Now

Diane Arnold, Sherburne County Auditor-Treasurer, announces that absentee balloting for the Nov. 3 General Election is now open.

Locations to obtain an Absentee Ballot
Sherburne County Auditor-Treasurer’s office, (no appointment needed) Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (facial coverings are required). Also available Oct. 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

For Elk River Precincts – Elk River City Hall or at the County Government Center regular business Hours. M-F  (no appointment needed; facial coverings are required).

For St. Cloud Precincts – Stearns County Courthouse Auditor-Treasurer’s office regular business hours M–F or Sherburne County Government Center Auditor-Treasurer’s office (no appointment needed; facial coverings are required).

Absentee Ballots

During the seven days before the election, a ballot counter and ballot box will be available at the Auditor / Treasurer’s office and you will have the option of absentee voting with an envelope (as in the past) or depositing your voted ballot directly into the ballot counter.
