Licensed Waste Haulers
The following are the waste haulers licensed by Sherburne County:
Waste Hauler License Application
Any person collecting, transporting, or disposing of solid waste generated within Sherburne County must apply to obtain a license by the department to do so as pursuant to Section 7 of the Solid Waste Management Ordinance. License and renewal terms are up to one year and expire on December 31 of the year the license is granted. License renewal applications must be submitted to the department by January 15 of each year. Section 7 of the ordinance does not apply to self haulers or transportation of solid waste through the County.
