The Sherburne County Law Library will be unstaffed on May 22 through 25, however, the library will remain open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In addition, due to the law library moving to our new location, the library will be closed to the public June 1 through June 10.
The Sherburne County Law Library is located on the second floor of the Sherburne County Government Center and is maintained by the Sherburne County Law Library Board. The law library provides residents of the county with information on Minnesota court rules, local, state and federal laws, public court forms and community resources.
The library staff cannot assist customers with the following requests which apply to the practice of law:
Sherburne County Law Library has limited staff. The staff is customer service oriented and will attempt to assist you in locating the materials needed. Assistance is based on first-come first-serve which may require a wait.
The collection is cataloged and classified according to the Library of Congress and is available online through the Minnesota State Law Library's online catalog. Search the Minnesota State Law Library catalog.
Only selected materials are allowed to circulate and only to attorneys who are licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
