The  Becker Industrial Park  adjacent to US Highway 10 fully serviced sites as well as access to the BNSF railroad via a municipally owned spur.  

Big Lake

The Joint City/Township Industrial Park East offers fully-serviced sites ranging from 2.5 to 6.5 acres in size. Smaller lots are available in the older industrial park. Larger lots, 10-20 acres are available in the Dynamics Development Business Park.

Elk River

Up to 100 acres of fully serviced Business Park is available near Highway 10 on the west side of Elk River. In addition, nearly 100 acres of business park space is located near East Highway 10 and Highway 169. A business incubator building designed for innovative technology companies features space for lease ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet.


Fully-serviced sites in the Princeton Industrial Park near Highway 169 range in size from 1.5-2 acres. Larger sites are also possible in this area.


Commercial and industrial sites are available near Highway 169, as well as in the existing industrial park area.

Rural Industrial Areas:

Unserviced industrial land is available in sizes ranging from 1-acre platted lots up to parcels of 100 acre or more. This land is available in the township areas along Highways 10, Highway 169 and other rural areas.
