The Becker Industrial Park adjacent to US Highway 10 fully serviced sites as well as access to the BNSF railroad via a municipally owned spur.

The Joint City/Township Industrial Park East offers fully-serviced sites ranging from 2.5 to 6.5 acres in size. Smaller lots are available in the older industrial park. Larger lots, 10-20 acres are available in the Dynamics Development Business Park.

Up to 100 acres of fully serviced Business Park is available near Highway 10 on the west side of Elk River. In addition, nearly 100 acres of business park space is located near East Highway 10 and Highway 169.
