Welcome to the Sherburne County Recorder/Registrar of Titles Office. We are pleased to offer the latest TriMin technology for your information and convenience. Our recording system makes available, either in our office or on the internet, the real estate tract information and images dating back to 1986. All other recordings can be accessed in manual books located in our office.

As in the past, we will continue to provide the citizens of Sherburne County the finest service possible. To ensure that we stay on the leading edge in our field, we continually make changes and encourage your participation. We welcome your suggestions and comments and look forward to hearing from you.

We have recently scanned several Deed books, Mortgage books and Miscellaneous books. To see if the image you require is scanned, simply click on the Search tab, then click on the Vol/Page tab. Insert the Volume (Book) number or letter. Insert the page number and then choose the type of book from the drop down menu. If the document has been scanned you will see "The volume and page you searched for was found."
