The Department of Revenue is excited to announce that beginning October 1, 2014, eCRV will completely replace the paper copies of the certificate of real estate value. Beginning October 1, all certificates of real estate value must be submitted using eCRV. Paper CRVs will not be accepted after September 30, 2014.
The Sherburne County Auditor/Treasurer's Office also has a public computer with internet access that may be utilized for the purpose of completing an eCRV.
Electronic CRV will provide a better government experience by saving time and resources, and we know the public, the real estate industry, and tax administrators have been asking for it for a long time.
